MANOJ TIWARI INITIATES CCTV PROJECT IN EAST DELHI’s MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS FROM HIS MPLAD FUND
Shyam Jaju inaugurates EDMC school building at Welcome-Seelampur
New Delhi, 10th March. Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari inaugurated the work of installing CCTV cameras in the schools of Shahdara North Corporation Zone in a programme organized at Nagar Nigam Pratibha Prathmik Vidhyalaya in Yamuna Vihar C-Block under North East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency today. This work of installing CCTVs camera at the cost of Rs. 2 crores in the primary schools of 15 corporation wards is being done by Shri Manoj Tiwari out of his MP LAD fund. Besides this Shri Manoj Tiwari laid the foundation stone of two new school buildings in Yamuna Vihar B-1 & C-6 blocks.
East Delhi Mayor Smt. Satya Sharma, Standing Committee Chairman Shri Jitender Kumar Chaudhary, Shahdara North Zone Chairperson Shri Manoj Tyagi, Councilor Smt. Asha Tayal, Pradesh BJP Vice President Shri Kulwant Singh Bath, District President Shri Ajay Mahawar and Shri Pravesh Verma besides renowned social activists Shri Pramod Tiwari, Shri Anand Trivedi and large number of area citizens participated in the foundation laying ceremony.
BJP National Vice President and Delhi Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju inaugurated newly constructed Nagar Nigam Pratibha Prathmik Vidhyalaya Building constructed at the cost of Rs. 4.84 crores in Welcome Seelampur Ward in the presence of area Councilor Shri Harsh Deep Malhotra. In this school building of 41 rooms, there is facility for Computer Lab and other indoor games including Table Tennis.
SDMC Greater Kailash-I Ward Councilor Shri K.C. Taneja dedicated newly renovated Shahid Bhagat Singh Park to the people of area.
Speaking at the ceremony at Yamuna Vihar, Shri Manoj Tiwari said that although BJP is not in power in Delhi but it is trying to give a sense of security to the women and children and under this effort I have completed the installation of CCTVs cameras in the schools out of my MP LAD fund. On the other hand Shri Maheish Girri and other MPs are also installing CCTVs camera on the Delhi borders and prominent markets out of their MP LAD funds. Shri Tiwari announced that he will sanction 1 crore rupees out of his MP LAD fund this year for the security in prominent markets and also issued a letter to this effect. He expressed his confidence that BJP will again win the ensuing Civic elections and with the co-operation of Central Government will dedicate series of such primary schools in Delhi which will be preferred by the people for the education of their children in comparison with the private schools.
Speaking in the function in a school in Welcome Colony Shri Shyam Jaju commended the efforts of the former Mayor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation Shri Harsh Deep Malhotra who has got completed the construction of Nigam Pratibha Prathmik Vidhyalaya and dedicated to the people in spite of financial crunch.
